Shipping & returns

Delivery Information

Orders placed before 17:00 go out the same day. Orders received on Sunday or Monday go out on Tuesday.

We ship with PostNL. If you have any questions about shipping or delivery terms, please just contact us, we will get right back to you.

Now to some of the legal stuff:

1. Insofar as the goods are in stock and available, the seller shall dispatch these within 1-3 work days. Delivery is performed through the dispatch of the purchased item to the address provided by the customer. Partial deliveries are permitted, where reasonable for the customer.

2. In the event of a delivery delay, the seller shall notify the customer immediately upon becoming aware of the delay.

3. If the seller should be delayed in delivering, all liability for damages is restricted to foreseeable damage, should this arise through slight negligence. Further claims to damages shall only exist if the delay should arise on grounds of gross negligence or will full misconduct.

4. The method of dispatch, the carrier and dispatch route shall be at the seller's discretion unless otherwise expressly instructed by the customer.

5. The seller reserves the right to only sell usual household quantities to consumers.


  • How can I return? Are the return costs for my own account?

You can create a free return label via your track and trace link. Orders within the Netherlands are free of charge. This way you can bring it to your nearly PostNL office. Orders outside the Netherlands pay a small fee for the return label. Always keep your proof of return. Without the proof we can't help you if something goes wrong

  • What is the return period?

At Fes Conceptstore you always have the option to return your order within 14 working days after the shipment date. Please ensure that you return the products unworn, undamaged and with the attached labels. Please keep your return receipt until we have processed it.

  • How can I return my items outside the Netherlands?

You can create a return label via your track and trace link. Orders outside the Netherlands pay a small fee for this. Unfortunately, the return costs / risks are at your own expense

  • Can I exchange my items?

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item. Would you like a different size or color? Then you can place a new order yourself.

  • Is it possible to return a sale item?

If online (sale) purchases do not meet expectations, there is the option to return them. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount.

  • Can I return in the store?

Returning in the boutique is certainly possible, make sure that the return form is completed.


 Return conditions

  • Returns are only possible within the stated return period of 14 days.
  • Returns in the store are possible!
  • The risk of return is at your own expense.
  • We only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition, including labels & packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned.
  • Unidentifiable returns are stored at our head office for a maximum of 1 month. The customer can report via customer service. After this period, the package will be processed through our own administration and it is no longer possible to correspond about this.
  • Without a track and trace code, no investigation will be started into missing returns. So keep in mind that proof of shipment with track & trace code is a requirement to be eligible for a refund.
  • Have you paid delivery costs? If you return all items in your order, you will also receive a refund of the delivery costs.

Is your order incorrect? We will solve this for you as soon as possible! Contact [email protected] or our WhatsApp number 077-7852660 and clearly state your name, order number and the items concerned.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Warranty & Service

FES Conceptstore gives a 6 weeks warranty on a garment that has become unwearable after washing with the washing instructions.

Is an item broken or are you dissatisfied with a product? Please contact our customer service and send a photo of the item in question, and we will look for a suitable solution.

Did you buy something in the store? Then the warranty also expires through the store.


Discounts & Promotions

  • How do I use a discount code?

When you click on checkout you will see the heading 'discount code' on the right.

Via the mobile version you have to scroll down a little bit.

Conditions discount codes

  • It is not possible to use multiple discount codes.
  • Shop credit in the form of a code cannot be used in combination with a discount code.
  • Discount codes cannot be settled afterwards.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied to the FES gift card.


  • Is it possible to return a sale item?

If online (sale) purchases do not meet expectations, there is the option to return them. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount.


  • Conditions and rules during the sale

During a sale or other promotions, the processing and delivery of your order may take a little longer than you are used to from us.

Discount cannot be settled afterwards.

If you have ordered an item and it ends up in the sale later, unfortunately we can no longer settle the discount with retroactive effect.

During stack sales you are often no longer entitled to the stack discount when you return an item.

Sale items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order.

During a sale, prices may change daily, depending on what's on offer. This also applies: changed discounts cannot be settled afterwards.

Pay attention! Did you pay for your sale order with Klarna? Even then, you must pay your invoice within 14 days, despite any delays.
